You think I was qualified for my current job position? Nope. Not even close. I remember reviewing the job description and that I was probably 40% qualified. I did not have all the traits they were looking for. However I still applied, still got interviewed, and still told them exactly what they needed to hear to get myself into the door. I knew I was going to learn along the way, and I did. I just needed an opportunity.

When you are comfortable in your abilities, everybody else will feel it too. Don’t settle. Aim high. Be proud.
